Publisher Description
Do you want to improve your golf game?
Do what the pros do and visualize success!
Pros know meditation works and practice it every day.
This extended meditation has the beginning golfer focused on gaining greater confidence in his or her golf game or the experienced golfer wanting to maintain an edge.
The track is set to a relaxing piece of music perfect for activity from meditation to light exercise. The piece also incorporates background Theta waves to enhance the sense of relaxation and help program your subconscious. Sounds of a golf ball being struck and rolling into the cup bring greater reality and focus to the meditation.
The track contains repeated interludes of the word confidence and the phrase "great golfer". The three primary affirmations are each repeated multiple times in the first and second person for maximum effectiveness.
Affirmations:
1. "I am a great golfer. I am a great golfer. I am a great golfer. I am a great golfer and I get better and better each and every day." "You are a great golfer. You are a great golfer. You are a great golfer. You are a great golfer and you get better and better each and every day." (repeats 4 times)
2. "My golf swing is smooth, pure, and consistent." "Your golf swing is smooth, pure, and consistent." (repeats 8 times)
3. "My putting gets better and better each and every day." "Your putting gets better and better each and every day." (repeats 4 times)
